Inox Wind Limited — Board Meeting, 31-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of INOX Wind Limited has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The results show a revenue from operations of ₹927.51 crore for the quarter and ₹2,210.44 crore for the nine months. The board has re-appointed Shri Brij Mohan Bansal as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective April 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Shri Shivam Tandon has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, replacing Shri Rahul Roongta, who is stepping down to pursue other opportunities. The nomination committee also approved the grant of 3,70,737 stock options under the ESOS 2024 program.
