Sinclairs Hotels reported a total income of Rs. 1478.60 lakh and EBITDA of Rs. 355.06 lakh for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, a decline compared to Rs. 1611.90 lakh and Rs. 780.57 lakh, respectively, in the previous year. Profit Before Tax dropped to Rs. 156.84 lakh from Rs. 639.90 lakh, while Profit After Tax decreased to Rs. 112.14 lakh from Rs. 547.30 lakh. For the nine months, total income was Rs. 4403.50 lakh, down from Rs. 4826.39 lakh, with a similar trend in profitability figures.

The decline in profit can be attributed to temporary diminution in investment value, disruptions caused by landslides and floods affecting operations at key properties, and initial expenses linked to starting operations at Sinclairs Udaipur. The Udaipur location, which began operations on October 31, 2024, is showing positive guest feedback.

Additionally, the new property, Sinclairs Palace Retreat Udaipur, is nearing completion with plans to offer a range of facilities for events and leisure. This expansion aligns with the company's focus on enhancing its market presence, indicating potential growth opportunities ahead.
