Nestle India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 31-01-2025: Dividend

Nestlé India has announced a second interim dividend of ₹14.25 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, amounting to ₹1,373.9 crore, to be paid from 27th February 2025. This will be distributed to shareholders registered as of the record date of 7th February 2025. During the third quarter of 2024-25, Nestlé reported total sales of ₹4,762.1 crore, a growth of 3.9% year-on-year, with a net profit of ₹696.1 crore, reflecting ongoing strength across various product segments, particularly in beverages and confectionery.
