The Board of Directors of Ambey Laboratories Limited has approved the issuance of 300 Series C Unlisted, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of ₹3 Crore on a private placement basis to N+1 Capital. Mr. Archit Gupta has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 30, 2025. Gupta, a promoter's family member with over 20 years of experience in the agrochemicals and FMCG industries, has played a significant role in the company's development, particularly in the agrochemicals division.
