AXISCADES Technologies Limited — Important, 30-01-2025: General Updates

Mr. Rajendra Moholkar has resigned from the Directorship of AXISCADES Technologies Limited. Following this, the Board of Directors has reconstituted its committees. Lt Gen Codanda Poovaiah Cariappa has been appointed as Chairman of both the Audit and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, supported by members Mr. Tanmoy Chakrabarty and Mr. Venkataraman Venkitachalam for the Audit Committee, and by Mr. David Abikzir for the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The Risk Management Committee will now be chaired by Ms. Mariam Mathew, with Mr. Venkataraman Venkitachalam and CFO Mr. Shashidhar SK as members.
