Chemfab Alkalis Limited — Board Meeting, 30-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024, reporting total income of ₹86.17 crore and a net profit after tax of ₹18.84 crore. Additionally, 77,100 equity shares were allotted under the Chemfab Alkalis Employees Stock Options Scheme. The Board also approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary called Chemfab Hiitech Piping Limited. Furthermore, the resignation of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer was accepted, and a new Executive Officer will determine his last working day.
