HVAX Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 30-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The board meeting has resulted in the resignation of Mr. Priyank Vijaykumar Goradia as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Concurrently, Mr. Siddharth Rajendrakumar Patel has been appointed to the position. Mr. Patel brings over 19 years of experience, having served as Executive Vice President - Finance and has a strong background in Financial Management and Business Strategy, holding an MBA in Finance from NMIMS and other relevant qualifications.
