Dabur India Limited — Board Meeting, 30-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain as the Chief Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective January 30, 2025. Mr. Jain, who is also the Executive Vice President (Finance) and has extensive experience in financial and legal matters, will continue to be part of the Senior Management team. Concurrently, Mr. Saket Gupta has stepped down from his role as Compliance Officer but remains the Company Secretary and part of Senior Management. This restructuring aims to strengthen compliance oversight within the organization.
