Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. reported a strong Q3 FY25 performance, with gross revenue reaching INR 2,381 Cr, marking a 34% year-over-year growth and a 7% increase compared to the previous quarter. Operating EBITDA rose to INR 622 Cr, up 32% YoY, while the profit after tax (PAT) before exceptional items grew 15% YoY to INR 390 Cr. The operating margin for the quarter was slightly down at 27.3%, compared to 27.9% in Q3 FY24. Bed occupancy improved to 75%, driven by a 36% increase in occupied bed days. Significant operational updates include the commencement of commercial production at the newly opened Max Dwarka hospital and plans for a 500-bed facility in Thane, slated to open by FY2028. The network's financial health reflects robust free cash flow from operations of INR 303 Cr, alongside net debt standing at INR 1,608 Cr at quarter-end. The strategic focus on expanding capacity and enhancing service offerings provides a positive outlook for future growth.
