Raymond Lifestyle Limited reported a total income of ₹1,796 crore for the third quarter of FY25, a 2% increase from ₹1,759 crore in the same quarter last year. However, EBITDA fell significantly by 30% to ₹221 crore, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 12.3%. The company experienced a 59% decline in profit before tax (PBT) (before exceptional items), down to ₹87 crore. The financial results reflect a challenging market environment characterized by weak consumer demand and subdued sentiment. Amidst these conditions, Raymond managed to reclaim its net debt-free status after a period of borrowing. The retail expansion strategy remains intact, with 135 new stores opened this fiscal year, bringing the total number of stores to 1,653, including 143 under the 'Ethnix by Raymond' banner. The management emphasized continued investment in product innovation and future profitability.

In the branded textile segment, revenue dropped 6% to ₹856 crore, while the branded apparel segment recorded a slight increase to ₹458 crore due to successful product launches. The garmenting segment also showed positive growth with sales of ₹309 crore, but margins were pressured by various operational costs. The overall outlook signals a cautious but positive trajectory, with strategic expansions and a commitment to sustainable business practices. Investors should watch closely for improvements as market conditions evolve.
