The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting focused on approving the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months. Additionally, they have appointed Mr. Yosuke Fujiwara as an Additional Director and Wholetime Director for a two-year term starting from February 1, 2025. A Postal Ballot Notice has been approved to secure shareholder approval for this appointment along with the re-designation of Mr. Minoru Sugisawa.
