Bajaj Finserv Limited — Board Meeting, 30-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Finserv has approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024. Key highlights include a consolidated total income of ₹32,042 crore, up 10% year-on-year, and a consolidated profit after tax of ₹2,231 crore, reflecting a 3% increase. In addition, the Board has appointed Shri Ramandeep Singh Sahni as the new Chief Financial Officer effective from 1 February 2025, succeeding Shri S. Sreenivasan, who will take on a supervisory role as President (Insurance and Special Projects).
