Larsen & Toubro Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 30-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Larsen & Toubro Limited has approved the allotment of 44,380 equity shares to grantees who exercised options under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. These shares will have the same rights as existing equity shares. The committee meeting was held for half an hour to oversee this process.
