The Board of Directors of Voltamp Transformers Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, which are attached for review. Additionally, they re-appointed Shri Kanubhai S. Patel as Chairman and Managing Director for another five years, effective February 11, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Shri Mayur K. Swadia has been appointed as an Independent Director, also subject to shareholder approval. A postal ballot will be conducted for shareholders to vote on these key approvals.
