Bajaj Finserv Limited — Board Meeting, 30-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Finserv has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024. Consolidated total income stood at ₹32,041.81 crore, while profit after tax recorded a 3% increase to ₹2,231 crore compared to the previous year. Notably, Bajaj Finance reported a 17% growth in profit after tax at ₹4,246 crore. The board also approved the appointment of Shri Ramandeep Singh Sahni as the Chief Financial Officer effective from 1 February 2025, succeeding Shri S. Sreenivasan, who will assume a different role.
