The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting, during which the following key decisions were made: the approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹13,372.42 Cr, while total income was ₹13,535.95 Cr for the same period. Profit before tax was reported at ₹437.04 Cr, and profit after tax from continuing operations was ₹230.15 Cr. Additionally, changes to the Code of Fair Disclosure and policies related to related party transactions were also approved.
