Aavas Financiers Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 30-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 5,791 equity shares at a face value of Rs. 10 each following the exercise of equivalent Performance Stock Options under PSOP-2023, increasing the paid-up share capital to Rs. 79.14 Cr. Additionally, 4,00,000 Stock Options have been granted under PSOP-2024 to eligible employees, set to vest over four years. These options can be exercised within four years from each vesting date. No options have been exercised or lapsed to date.
