Vaibhav Global Limited — Board Meeting, 30-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024, reporting total income of ₹979.63 Cr, up from ₹895.91 Cr in the previous year, and a profit for the period of ₹63.82 Cr. The Board declared a third interim dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, with a record date set for February 8, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Prakash Chandra Parwal has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, and Mr. Yashasvi Pareek has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. M/s Mehta & Mehta has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25.
