New Delhi Television Limited has executed share purchase agreements to acquire minority stakes in its subsidiaries. The company will purchase 2,267 shares (3.40%) in NDTV Convergence Limited at ₹31,596 per share, 8,763 shares (14.90%) in NDTV Networks Limited at ₹1,134 per share, 4,485 shares (3.75%) in NDTV Worldwide Limited at ₹811 per share, and 298,700 shares (26%) in NDTV Media Limited at ₹143.69 per share, for a total consideration of ₹12.81 crore. This acquisition aims to streamline governance within the NDTV Group and is expected to enhance operational efficiency. Completion is targeted for February 28, 2025.
