Tata Consultancy Services Limited — Important, 29-01-2025: General Updates

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has executed a Share Purchase and Securities Purchase Agreement with Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited for the acquisition of TRIL Bengaluru Real Estate Five Limited and TRIL Bengaluru Real Estate Six Limited. TCS has acquired 100% of the equity shares and optionally redeemable convertible debentures from Tata Realty in two tranches. In the first tranche, 65% of these securities have been transferred, resulting in these entities now becoming subsidiaries of TCS. This strategic move enhances TCS's portfolio and may contribute positively to its operational footprint and revenue potential.
