Bandhan Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 29-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Bandhan Bank has approved the interim appointment of Mr. Sundeep Bhan as Chief Risk Officer (CRO), effective January 29, 2025, for a period of six months or until a new CRO is appointed. Mr. Bhan, currently EVP and Head of Operational & Fraud Risk, brings over 29 years of experience in banking operations and risk management. Additionally, the board has authorized key managerial personnel for disclosing material events as per SEBI guidelines.
