The Board of Directors has noted the upcoming retirement of Air Marshal M. McMahon (Retd.) from his position as an Independent Director, effective February 9, 2025. His contributions during his tenure were acknowledged with appreciation. The Board has also approved the reconstitution of several committees, including the Audit Committee, CSR Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee, with new compositions taking effect from February 10, 2025.
