Nilesh Shah & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-25 and renewed the Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance Agreement with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Blue Dart Aviation Ltd., for five years starting April 1, 2025.
