Mr. Pradeep Bakshi, the Managing Director & CEO of Voltas, has decided not to seek reappointment after his term ends on 31st August 2025. The Board has accepted his request. Consequently, Mr. Mukundan C.P. Menon will be appointed as Managing Director (Designate) starting 1st April 2025, taking the role fully on 1st September 2025, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Ms. Sonia Singh will join as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director for five years from 7th March 2025.
