Brigade Group reported a remarkable performance in Q3 FY25, achieving quarterly sales of ₹2,492 Crores, which marks a significant growth of 63% compared to Q3 FY24. Profit After Tax stands at ₹236 Crores for the quarter, showcasing a substantial increase from previous figures. Quarterly collections reached ₹1,777 Crores, up by 27% YoY, reflecting strong demand across all business verticals, particularly in the residential sector driven by new launches and premium projects.

The real estate segment generated revenues of ₹1,103 Crores, a 31% increase YoY, with pre-sales volume hitting 2.19 million sq ft. Leasing revenues grew by 13% to ₹280 Crores, maintaining a high occupancy rate of 98%. The company is keen on expanding its land bank, indicating a positive outlook for future growth with ongoing momentum in various markets.

Additionally, Ms. Padmaja Chunduru has been appointed as an Independent Director, bringing extensive experience in banking and capital markets, which could enhance the company's strategic direction.
