Mr. Pradeep Bakshi, Managing Director & CEO of Voltas, will not seek reappointment upon the completion of his term on August 31, 2025, a decision respected by the Board. In line with this, Mr. Mukundan C.P. Menon will be appointed as Managing Director (Designate) from April 1, 2025, and subsequently as Managing Director from September 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Ms. Sonia Singh has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, starting from March 7, 2025. This leadership transition could enhance investor confidence as the company prepares for future growth under new management.
