The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024, highlighting a robust performance. For the nine-month period, total income increased by 28% to ₹10,890 Cr, while profit before tax surged 172% to ₹848 Cr, bringing net profit to ₹599 Cr compared to ₹137 Cr last year. The quarterly total income grew 18% to ₹3,164 Cr, with profit before tax jumping 699% to ₹191 Cr. Additionally, Mr. Pradeep Bakshi will not seek reappointment as Managing Director and CEO, effective August 2025, and Mr. Mukundan Menon has been designated as the new Managing Director, effective April 2025.
