Jindal Stainless reported its Q3 FY25 financials, with standalone net revenue at INR 10,066 crore, reflecting a 10.8% YoY increase. Sales volume rose to 5,87,658 tonnes, up 14.8% YoY, despite challenges from subsidized imports and a sluggish export market. EBITDA slightly decreased to INR 1,003 crore, down 1.7% YoY, while PAT fell 20.6% YoY, reaching INR 619 crore. The company managed a net debt of INR 3,344 crore, maintaining a net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.2.

In a positive development, Jindal Stainless declared an interim dividend of INR 1 per equity share. The firm continues to expand its market presence, notably in the industrial infrastructure and building segments, while also advancing in R&D with new product offerings. The management emphasizes the need for government action against unfair import practices to safeguard domestic industries. With strong domestic demand and ongoing infrastructural initiatives, the outlook remains positive for the stainless steel sector.
