Ltd., a boutique consulting firm based in Singapore specializing in HR and HR technology services. The acquisition, valued at ₹5 crore, is aimed at enhancing TeamLease's global footprint and diversifying its talent solutions across various industries and technologies. Ikigai, founded in 2017, generated a turnover of approximately ₹23.36 crore in FY 2024. This strategic acquisition positions Ikigai as a subsidiary of TDPL, with plans to acquire the remaining 20% stake in the future, subject to board approval.
