Infosys has expanded its collaboration with Siemens AG to enhance digital learning initiatives utilizing generative AI. This venture aims to provide over 250,000 Siemens employees worldwide with personalized learning experiences. The enhanced learning platform, My Learning World, will incorporate Infosys Topaz and Wingspan, featuring tools like AI-powered knowledge assistants, chatbots, and virtual tutors to facilitate continuous skill development.

Currently, the platform supports 216,000 active users with access to over 178,000 learning materials, including 27,000 users from Siemens’ factories. Additionally, the My Skills feature helps employees identify skill gaps and align their learning with organizational goals. A new customer-facing platform is also being developed to extend technical training to about 50,000 external participants globally. This collaboration not only underscores Siemens’ commitment to fostering a culture of lifelong learning but also positions Infosys as a key player in driving innovative educational solutions.
