The Board of Directors has approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. In Q3, revenue reached ₹1,069 crore, a slight increase from the previous quarter, with EBITDA rising sharply to ₹75.4 crore and net profit climbing to ₹47.4 crore from ₹13.5 crore. Year-to-date, revenue totaled ₹3,172 crore, with net profit at ₹93.2 crore, up from ₹75.8 crore YOY.
Additionally, the company is pursuing growth through strategic investments, including a ₹155 crore expansion for new manufacturing facilities in Dahej, expected to be operational by June 2026. Filatex is also investing ₹24 crore in a hybrid power project with Torrent Power, projected to save ₹25 crore annually and likely to be commissioned by September 2025.
