Orient Electric Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 29-01-2025: Dividend

Orient Electric has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.75 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, with a record date set for February 4, 2025. The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days following its declaration. In their recent board meeting, the company approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, reporting total income of ₹818.51 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹27.17 Cr for the quarter. The board also appointed Mr. Tapas Roy Chowdhury as Senior Managerial Personnel, effective immediately.
