KPIT Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 29-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

KPIT Technologies has announced a board meeting outcome, approving un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. An interim dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (25%) for the financial year 2024-25 was declared, with the record date set for February 4, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Ramesh Raskar and Mr. Nishant Batra have been appointed as Additional & Independent Directors, bringing extensive technology and leadership experience to the board. Their terms will last three consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval.
