New Delhi Television Limited has entered into Share Purchase Agreements to acquire stakes in two of its subsidiaries: 4178 shares (6.26%) in NDTV Convergence Limited for Rs. 31,596 per share, and 5081 shares (4.24%) in NDTV Worldwide Limited for Rs. 811 per share. This acquisition, valued at simplifying the governance structures of the NDTV Group, is expected to be completed by January 31, 2025. NDTV Convergence reported a turnover of Rs. 1562.64 million for FY 2023-24, while NDTV Worldwide earned Rs. 38.09 million. This strategic move aims to enhance operational efficiency and shareholder value.
