Tembo Global Industries Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 28-01-2025: Allotment of Securities

Tembo Global Industries has approved the preferential allotment of 19,79,000 equity shares at ₹285 each, raising ₹56.40 crore. This allotment targets non-promoter entities. Additionally, the company allotted 8,10,000 share warrants to promoters, also priced at ₹285, which could generate up to ₹23.08 crore upon conversion. An upfront payment of ₹5.77 crore has been received for the warrants, which can be converted into shares at a later stage. The shares and warrants will be subject to a lock-in period as per regulatory requirements.
