JSW Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 28-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of JSW Energy Limited has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The consolidated total income for this period stood at ₹9,142.10 crore, with a profit after tax of ₹1,568.37 crore. The board also re-appointed Mr. Rajeev Sharma as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, and authorized raising long-term funds of up to ₹3,000 crore through the issuance of rated and listed Non-Convertible Debentures.
