Ami Organics Limited reported significant growth in the third quarter and for the nine months of FY25. Revenue from operations surged by 65.2% year-on-year to ₹275 crore, supported by a robust performance in its CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) business and strong demand for advanced pharmaceutical intermediates. The gross margin improved to 46.2%, reflecting better operational efficiency.

EBITDA for Q3FY25 reached ₹687 crore, a 159% increase compared to the previous year, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 25%. The profit after tax (PAT) climbed to ₹454 crore, marking a 155.1% rise with a PAT margin of 16.5%. Notably, exports accounted for 76% of Q3 revenue, highlighting the company's growing international presence.

Looking ahead, Ami Organics anticipates sustaining this momentum and revised its FY25 growth guidance upward from 30% to 35%, underscoring a positive outlook for long-term growth driven by ongoing CDMO project developments.
