Hatsun Agro Product Limited has completed the acquisition of an additional 56,421 equity shares of Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited for a gross consideration of ₹1.68 Crores. This latest purchase increases Hatsun's cumulative holdings to 30,72,933 equity shares and 16,06,372 compulsorily convertible preference shares of the target company, totaling a purchase consideration of ₹231.08 Crores. As a result, Hatsun now owns 97.98% of the issued and paid-up equity and preference capital of Milk Mantra. This strategic acquisition is set to enhance Hatsun's position in the dairy sector, indicating a positive outlook for future growth and operational synergies.
