Total income for Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited in Q3 FY 2024-25 reached ₹302.68 crore, up nearly 14% from ₹266.51 crore YoY. For the nine months ending December 31, 2024, total income rose by 23% to ₹1,107.38 crore compared to the previous year's ₹901.16 crore. EBITDA for the quarter grew 18% to ₹37.86 crore, with a margin improvement to 12.51%, while nine-month EBITDA also saw a robust 25% increase to ₹137.90 crore.

Profit before tax (PBT) increased by approximately 23% to ₹29.15 crore in Q3 and showed a nearly 30% rise over nine months to ₹111.21 crore. PAT for the quarter stood at ₹21.51 crore, reflecting a growth of 20%, and consolidated PAT for the nine-month period reached ₹80.76 crore, a gain of 21% YoY.

In corporate governance updates, the board approved the reappointment of Mr. Jagdish Kumar Arora as Chairman and Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval, as well as key appointments including Mr. Nitin Malviya as Chief Financial Officer. The company will hold an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to finalize these matters, presenting a positive step for its ongoing growth and strategy execution.
