The Board of SIS Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024. The consolidated revenue reached ₹3,362.5 Cr., reflecting a year-on-year growth of 9.4%. Consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹156.8 Cr., a 3.6% increase from the previous year. Profit after tax surged to ₹102.1 Cr., an increase of 176.6% year-on-year. The board also approved the re-appointments of Mr. Upendra Kumar Sinha and Ms. Vrinda Sarup as Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval.
