The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024. The company reported total revenue of ₹256.06 crore with a profit before tax of ₹13.21 crore. The Board also approved the appointments of Mr. Umeshsinh Rathod and Mr. Vimalbhai Bokadia as Additional Independent Directors, each for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval.
