Exide Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 28-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Standalone revenue stood at ₹3,849 crore, with a net profit after tax of ₹245 crore, reflecting a 2% increase year-on-year. The Board also decided to invest up to ₹300 crore in Exide Energy Solutions Limited for a lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility. Additionally, it noted changes in senior management personnel as Dr. Dipak Sen Chaudhuri and Mr. Arnab Saha have ceased to be senior management personnel.
