Bosch Limited has reported a total revenue from operations of ₹4,466 crore for Q3 FY2024-25, reflecting a 6.2% increase year-on-year. Profit Before Tax (excluding exceptional items) rose to ₹665 crore, marking a growth of 14.9% compared to the previous year. Including exceptional items, the Profit Before Tax stood at ₹618 crore, which is 13.8% of total revenue. The company set aside ₹47 crore for restructuring in the developing electro-mobility segment, resulting in a Profit After Tax of ₹458 crore, representing 10.3% of revenue.
The automotive segment saw a 1.6% increase in product sales, driven mainly by growth in the Mobility Aftermarket business, up 8.8%. However, the Power Solutions business experienced a 1.8% decline, attributed to slow economic activity affecting the Heavy Commercial Vehicles segment. Bosch is set to transfer its Building Technologies division's products to Keenfinity India Private Limited for a minimum consideration of ₹595 crore. The strategy aligns with Bosch's realignment efforts in the Building Technology sector globally. The outlook remains positive as the company aims to enhance its initiatives in emerging sectors while maintaining growth momentum.
