Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited — Important, 28-01-2025: Arrangements for strategic, technical, manufacturing, or marketing tie up

KIMS Swastha Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited, has entered into a Lease and License Agreement with Valiyath Institute of Medical Sciences for a 375-bed hospital in Kollam, Kerala. This 20-year agreement, effective from February 1, 2025, includes a monthly rental of ₹31 lakhs, which will rise to ₹35 lakhs in the third year and increase by 15% every three years thereafter. Additionally, KIMS will share a variable payout of 4% of net revenue, less the fixed payout. This strategic move is set to enhance KIMS's footprint in Kerala, presenting both growth potential and operational responsibilities, as KIMS will exclusively manage the hospital.
