Bosch Limited — Board Meeting, 28-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Bosch Limited has approved the sale of its Building Technologies product business, including Video, Access and Intrusion, and Communication systems, to Keenfinity India Pvt. Ltd. for a cash consideration of at least ₹595 crores. The board has also approved the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Total revenue for the quarter was ₹4,466 crores, showing a 6.2% increase compared to the same period last year. The profit before tax stood at ₹618 crores, representing 13.8% of total revenue.
