Renaissance Global Limited has made a strategic minority investment in Jean Dousset Jewelry LLC, acquiring approximately 38.7% stake for USD 3 million (INR 25.89 Cr). This partnership aims to leverage RGL’s extensive B2B distribution network to enhance Jean Dousset's growth and market presence, particularly in the premium lab-grown diamond segment. Jean Dousset, known for bespoke jewelry, reported revenues of USD 10.14 million (INR 85.09 Cr) for FY 2024. The acquisition is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025, and positions RGL to capitalize on the growing demand for sustainable luxury products.
