The Board of Directors of Punjab Chemicals and Crop Protection Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹213.58 Cr, with a profit of ₹6.65 Cr for the period. Additionally, Ms. Aruna Rajendra Bhinge has been reappointed as a Non-Executive and Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective April 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Shivshankar Shripal Tiwari as an Advisor for three years, subject to shareholder consent.
