JTL INDUSTRIES LIMITED — Board Meeting, 28-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Revenue from operations stands at ₹45,143.23 Cr, with a profit of ₹2,494.27 Cr for the quarter. Additionally, the board has approved the voluntary delisting of equity shares from the Metropolitan Stock Exchange while continuing listings on the BSE and NSE. Mrs. Raman Chadha has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of five years, and the board also noted the upcoming end of term for Mrs. Preet Bhatia as an Independent Director.
