Q3 FY25 for APAR Industries shows robust revenue growth, with total revenue from operations reaching ₹4,716 crore, a 17.7% increase year-on-year, and ₹13,371 crore for 9M FY25, up 14.3% year-on-year. However, despite a healthy top-line growth, EBITDA declined by 7.1% to ₹401 crore in Q3, with an EBITDA margin of 8.5%. Profit After Tax (PAT) also took a hit, down 19.7% YoY to ₹175 crore in Q3 and down 3.0% YoY to ₹571 crore over 9M.
The Conductor division exhibited strong domestic demand, achieving 23.4% revenue growth in Q3. However, EBITDA per metric ton fell by 28.7%. The Specialty Oil and Lubricant division's revenue saw a slight decline, while the Cable division posted impressive growth of 37% YoY in Q3, bolstered by government investment in T&D, infrastructure, and renewables.
Moving forward, the substantial pending order book of ₹7,601 crore reflects solid future prospects. Investors should keep a close watch on the evolving market dynamics and operational performance.
