ROUTE MOBILE LIMITED — Board Meeting, 28-01-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, reporting consolidated revenue from operations at ₹1,183.79 Cr. with a net profit of ₹85.47 Cr. Additionally, a second interim dividend of ₹3 per equity share was declared. The Board also appointed Mr. Rajeshwar Singh Gill as Group CFO and Mr. Ramesh Helaiya as Chief Information Security Officer, enhancing the management team.
